On this occasion of seeing out the old and welcoming the new, Rongkai Chuan Yi Company Summon The 2022 Annual Work Conference was held. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the conference adopted a hybrid format combining in-person and video conferencing.
The meeting commenced with a work summary for 2021 delivered by Mr. Zuo Yunhong, the company’s rotating general manager. He highlighted that in 2021 the company achieved simultaneous growth in both sales revenue and profits, securing a strong start to the 14th Five-Year Plan period, and that significant progress was made in technological innovation. At the same time, he provided a clear analysis of the challenges currently facing the company, outlined the company’s operational objectives for 2022, defined the strategic approach to our work, and set forth the key priorities for 2022, urging all employees to remain undaunted by difficulties and embark on a new journey.
Mr. Wu Yongseng, Deputy General Manager of the company, read out the decision on commending the 2021 Labor Competition, recognizing and rewarding the teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company in 2021, thereby fully inspiring employees’ work enthusiasm. The award-winning representatives then delivered speeches, expressing their hope to achieve even greater results in their future work and to contribute their efforts to the company’s development.
Subsequently, a signing ceremony for the “2022 Target Responsibility Agreements” was held. Mr. Zuo Yunhong, the company’s rotating general manager, took the lead in signing the operational target responsibility agreement with Mr. Wang Dewei, the chairman of the board. Each business division head and regional manager also signed their respective target responsibility agreements with Chairman Wang and the rotating general manager, and solemnly pledged to Chairman Wang and all employees that they would ensure the successful completion of the 2022 targets and tasks.
Mr. Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered an impassioned and inspiring address, outlining the company’s “Centennial Rongkai Dream” and its goals for the 14th Five-Year Plan period. He called on all employees to embrace the spirit of “swallowing the vast expanse of clouds and dreams as easily as a mustard seed, yet still doubting that Mount Jun can be leveled,” to muster their energy, strengthen their confidence, achieve new heights of success, and fully accomplish the objectives and tasks set for 2022.
The final raffle was nothing short of a spectacular extravaganza, with excitement building wave after wave and laughter echoing continuously—a vivid sign of the vibrant, prosperous year ahead in 2022.
