“Rise Against the Epidemic” Initiative: Mobilizing Under the Starry Night
Recently, Chongqing’s epidemic prevention and control situation has become complex and severe, characterized by multiple sporadic outbreaks occurring simultaneously in various locations and transmission chains. In full compliance with the latest “Twenty Measures” for optimizing prevention and control issued by higher authorities and the urgent notice on epidemic prevention and control from the Siliang Group, Rongkai ChuanYi Company, under the leadership of Chairman and General Manager Wang Dewei, responded swiftly by immediately activating its epidemic prevention and emergency production plans, establishing a company-level leading group for closed-loop management, and sounding the rallying call: “Unite as one to fight the epidemic and ensure production by staying on-site.” The vast majority of employees, especially those on the production front lines, have actively cooperated with the company’s contingency plans, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership by assembling through the night, packing their bags, rushing to their posts, and voluntarily entering closed-loop operations.

Rongkai Chuanyi Company adheres to scientific epidemic prevention and orderly production, implementing effective measures to coordinate and effectively manage both epidemic control and production tasks. From the company’s top leader taking the lead by working and living on-site, to management teams at all levels and frontline production workers, employees have been working overtime and putting in extra effort, enthusiastically dedicating themselves to production in order to ensure, to the greatest extent possible, that neither epidemic prevention nor business operations are compromised.

With most leaders under home quarantine, the closed-loop management leading group is chaired in person by Chairman Wang, who convenes daily scheduled online and offline leadership coordination meetings to deploy production and operations and provide guidance on epidemic prevention and control.

Within the closed-loop management system of the factory premises, on-site staff remain steadfast on the front lines of epidemic prevention. Every day before work begins, the company rigorously enforces health-code verification and temperature screening before allowing employees to report for duty, while also ensuring that each employee wears a mask properly and practices thorough personal protective measures.
Regular disinfection to purify the environment. Every day, disinfectant is thoroughly sprayed throughout the office, production, and break areas, leaving no corner untouched and ensuring that no virus has any chance of survival.

Ensure that production, daily-life, and epidemic-prevention supplies—such as disinfectants, protective masks, thermometers, and common cold medications—are stocked in qualified quality and sufficient quantities to meet demand throughout the closed-loop period. At the same time, proactively develop and implement measures for food supply and accommodation support to firmly prevent any disruptions in supply or service gaps.
Promote a balanced diet with ample fruits and vegetables. The company regularly adjusts its meal plans to ensure a diverse and nutritious menu, so that employees can feel the organization’s care and warmth.
