　On January 16, Tian Shanbin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Siliang Group, visited Rongkai ChuanYi Company to deliver a briefing on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
　　　　Tian Shanbin closely adhered to the original text of the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, providing a thorough and systematic exposition of the spirit of the Congress from seven key aspects: the theme and major achievements of the 20th National Congress, the work accomplished over the past five years, and the momentous transformations of the past decade in the new era. During his briefing, Tian Shanbin emphasized that the broad ranks of Party members, cadres, and employees at Rongkai ChuanYi Company have not only witnessed and personally experienced the past ten years of the new era, but have also been its creators. In particular, over the past year, they have overcome severe challenges to production and operations posed by a variety of complex factors—braving extreme heat and combating the pandemic—while uniting as one, pressing forward with courage and determination, sustaining continuous growth, and earning the title of “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Enterprise” from the Municipality of Chongqing. These achievements deserve full recognition.
　　　　In response to the new requirements and initiatives set forth in the report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Tian Shanbin expressed his expectations for the company: it should thoroughly study and grasp the spirit of the report, focus on advancing the high-end, intelligent, and green development of the manufacturing sector, and continue to achieve new breakthroughs in areas such as the organization and system for technological innovation, talent development, incentive mechanisms, commercialization of research outcomes, and international cooperation and exchange. The goal is to fully unleash the tremendous potential of science and technology as the primary productive force, talent as the primary resource, and innovation as the primary driving force, thereby using technological innovation to lead the company’s high-quality development. He also emphasized that Rongkai ChuanYi must cherish the achievements of its 20-year transformation and reform, while prioritizing development, strengthen risk awareness, enhance risk-mitigation capabilities, and improve the risk-prevention and control system, so as to effectively balance development and security, firmly uphold red lines and bottom lines, and ensure steady and sustainable progress.
