Under the close attention of our company’s leadership, with the Product Development Department taking the lead and all relevant departments working in close coordination, and following intensive yet well-organized planning, preparatory work, construction, and commissioning, the first phase of Rongkai Company’s data center was put into trial operation on June 6, 2019. This data center integrates online, real-time monitoring, feedback, and emergency response for our products as they operate at customer sites, enabling timely oversight of product performance, prompt fulfillment of customer needs, early identification of product issues, and facilitating continuous improvements to product design—thereby delivering even better service to our customers. 　　This data center integrates our company’s products with online, real-time operational monitoring, feedback, and emergency response at the customer’s site, enabling timely oversight of product performance, prompt fulfillment of customer needs, early identification of product issues, and facilitated refinement of product design to deliver even better service to our customers.
　　The data center will also incorporate a product showroom, showcasing the company’s flagship products on-site to facilitate customers’ visits and enhance their understanding.
　　On June 8, 2019, Wu Peng, General Manager of Silian Group, along with Huang Zhihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and their delegation, visited the Rongkai Data Center.
