Rongkai Chuanyi Successfully Supports the 2025 CCTV Spring Festival Gala

As 2024 draws to a close, preparations have swiftly begun following the announcement that Chongqing will host a sub-venue for CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala celebrating the Year of the Snake.
Chongqing Rongkai ChuanYi Instrument Co., Ltd., as the largest local industrial UPS manufacturer in Chongqing, was among the first to be shortlisted for the power-supply assurance roster. Thanks to its rapid delivery capabilities and comprehensive on-site supply-ensuring service solutions, the company ultimately earned the recognition of the Chongqing Organizing Committee for the Spring Festival Gala and successfully secured the contract to provide UPS power supplies and related system support.
Upon being assigned the critical task of ensuring supply, the company’s leadership accorded it the highest priority. Chairman Wang Dewei promptly convened an internal mobilization meeting, issuing clear directives to “set no preconditions—just get the job done” and to “ensure quality, meet deadlines, and maintain safety.” At the same time, a special task force was established to coordinate all aspects of the operation, including R&D, production, shipment, and on-site supply assurance. Thanks to this intensive mobilization and efficient deployment, Rongkai ChuanYi swiftly rallied the core workforce across the entire company, laying a solid foundation for the successful completion of the mission.
As required by the Organizing Committee, the first batch of products had to be delivered within three days. Although the company maintained a certain level of inventory for its core products, special configurations were still needed to meet the Committee’s specifications. The Rongkai ChuanYi project team broke with conventional practices and established a rapid production process: design, material procurement, financial assurance, quality control, and key production personnel were brought together; technical solutions were reviewed jointly; procurement funding was prioritized throughout the process; quality targets were set collaboratively; and the production process was optimized in unison. Thanks to the team’s relentless efforts and the establishment of an efficient, dedicated workflow, the first shipment was loaded and dispatched to the Spring Festival Gala venue on schedule by the third day—and all units fully met the Organizing Committee’s power-supply requirements for the first dress rehearsal.
After all equipment was delivered and officially commissioned, the power supply system underwent multiple simulations of sudden external power outages, consistently demonstrating its ability to provide emergency power support and successfully supplying power for five dress rehearsals.
On New Year’s Eve, Rongkai Chuanyi Company divided its on-site support team into an on-site group and an off-site group. The on-site group is composed entirely of the company’s engineers and other highly skilled technical personnel, who possess extensive field experience and robust emergency-response capabilities and have all participated in the previous four dress rehearsals. Meanwhile, in accordance with the Organizing Committee’s requirements, the off-site group is tasked with dismantling all power equipment overnight after the show concludes, ensuring that the venue can reopen to the public on the first day of the Lunar New Year. In addition, the company has stationed senior management at a location near the Spring Festival Gala venue to facilitate rapid resource deployment and prompt response to any unforeseen incidents.
Ultimately, with the performance of the Spring Festival Gala’s theme song, “An Unforgettable Evening,” Rongkai Chuanyi Company successfully completed its mission to ensure a reliable power supply for this event.
This time, Rongkai ChuanYi successfully and efficiently fulfilled the power-supply assurance task for the Chongqing sub-venue of CCTV’s Spring Festival Gala celebrating the Year of the Snake, fully demonstrating the company’s strong capabilities in rapid response and efficient execution, as well as its sense of responsibility and commitment.
