　　　　To build a talent pool for the company’s long-term development, identify and cultivate successor leaders, foster a tiered leadership structure, and cultivate a robust learning culture throughout the organization, the company has organized this key-staff training program. The program draws on top talent from across the company to form a distinguished faculty and offers a wide range of specialized courses, including QES integrated management system, objective management, team management, safety training, big-data-driven innovation, lectures on elastic components, tendering and bidding knowledge, invoice management, workplace etiquette, introductory electrical engineering, practical marketing, execution capability, and many others.
　　　　Through the learning and training program, participants have significantly broadened their knowledge base, expanded their horizons, developed a holistic and comprehensive perspective, enhanced their capabilities, and strengthened their competencies, thereby embarking on a journey of exploration and intellectual pursuit that has, at an initial stage, met the company’s anticipated objectives.
