On January 18, 2023, Rongkai Chuan Yi Co., Ltd. held its 2023 Annual Work Conference at the company’s headquarters in a grand ceremony. Wang Dewei, Chairman of the Board, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Zhou Minggang, the rotating General Manager for 2023, presented a summary of the company’s performance in 2022 on behalf of the management team and outlined the work plan for 2023. During the conference, awards were presented to outstanding individuals and teams for their achievements in 2022, and responsibility agreements were signed to formalize the objectives for 2023. The meeting was chaired by Zuo Yunhong, Deputy General Manager of the company.
Chairman Wang Dewei began by conveying to the assembly the earnest hopes and requirements that Tian Shanbin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Siliang Group, had expressed for our company during his January 16 visit to Rongkai ChuanYi to deliver a briefing on the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Chairman Wang once again called on all cadres and employees to study the document in depth, gain a profound understanding of its key principles, and apply them effectively to the company’s day-to-day operations. At the meeting, Chairman Wang set forth and outlined the overarching work theme for 2023: “Seek progress while maintaining stability to ensure growth; forge ahead with determination to open a new chapter.” He emphasized that numerous uncertainties will continue to loom in 2023, underscoring the need to do everything possible to stabilize the fundamentals and secure high-quality development. In addition, he provided a thorough and detailed exposition on the specific measures for Rongkai ChuanYi to “open a new chapter” in 2023, with particular emphasis on four “new” elements: defining new tasks, aligning on new objectives, presenting a fresh outlook, and implementing new initiatives.
In his work report, Rotating General Manager Zhou Minggang provided a comprehensive summary of the Company’s performance in 2022 and outlined plans and arrangements for all initiatives in 2023. Mr. Zhou meticulously broke down the 2023 objectives for each business unit and functional department, emphasizing the need for clear accountability, unwavering focus on targets, proactive seizing of opportunities to sustain growth, and relentless effort to usher in a new chapter—all to be translated into concrete actions and outstanding results as a tribute to the Company’s 20th anniversary of institutional reform. He also urged all employees and management to remain true to their original aspirations and keep their mission firmly in mind, leverage the momentum of the “dual carbon” goals, build a digital future, and empower the next wave of social development, thereby ensuring the full achievement of the 2023 production and operational targets.
To recognize outstanding individuals, set exemplary models, foster a positive and motivated work environment, and promote the virtues of dedication and professional commitment, the meeting honored and rewarded exceptional employees and teams who demonstrated unwavering diligence, tireless effort, and selfless devotion over the past year. In light of the unique circumstances of 2022, and following nomination by the Labor Competition Committee and unanimous approval, two special awards were established: the inaugural “Most Beautiful Heroes Going Against the Tide” award for the first batch of personnel stationed at factories to fight the epidemic and maintain closed-loop production, and the “Braving High Temperatures to Boost Output” award for the Power Systems Complete Sets Division.
