On July 10, Rongkai ChuanYi Company held its 2010 Semi-Annual Economic Work Conference and “12th Five-Year Plan” Planning Meeting at the picturesque Golden Orchard! The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Yongsheng, Deputy General Manager of the company. Attending the conference were Huang Zhihua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group; Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of Rongkai ChuanYi Company; as well as all team leaders and above, technical personnel, sales staff, and newly recruited college graduates of the company.
At the meeting, Chairman and General Manager Wang Dewei delivered a semi-annual work report, outlining ten key measures for the second half of the year. He emphasized the need to wrap up the current period effectively, strategically plan for 2011, and carefully formulate the “12th Five-Year Plan.” In addition, the meeting announced the public commitment by heads of business units, back-office support departments, and sales personnel to adhere to risk-based reward-and-punishment assessments in preparation for achieving the “double-half” targets, and confirmed the implementation of the corresponding reward-and-punishment system. Amid a warm and solemn atmosphere, the Group’s leadership and senior management presented five-day Shanghai Expo tour awards to sales leaders and other employees who had made significant contributions toward attaining the “double-half” goal. Huang Zhihua, Deputy Secretary of the Group’s Party Committee, commended the company’s achievements over recent years and set forth new expectations for its future work.
In the afternoon, heads of various business units, along with representatives from sales, technology, management, and other functional departments, as well as representatives of newly hired college graduates, shared their visions and insights on the company’s 13th Five-Year Plan, offering valuable suggestions for the next five years of development. On-site scoring and award ceremonies were also held to recognize the speakers.
Finally, Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding address, thoroughly analyzing the feasibility and practicality of the company’s development over the next five years and outlining an ambitious blueprint for building “Rongkai into a billion-yuan enterprise.” Drawing on the remarks made during the various thematic sessions, he commended the company for its team of highly qualified employees who are both dedicated to the enterprise and endowed with strategic acumen. He particularly emphasized the importance of valuing and nurturing young talent, as they represent the driving force behind the company’s continued growth. As long as we persist in innovation and devote ourselves wholeheartedly to the effective implementation of all our initiatives, we will surely realize the vision of making Rongkai a billion-yuan enterprise.
