Rongkai Chuanyi UPS Power Supplies Usher in a New Era in the PetroChina Market!

Recently, in the centralized procurement tender authorized by China National Petroleum Corporation for power and electrical equipment, Chongqing Rongkai Chuanyi Instrument Co., Ltd.’s UPS power supplies stood out from numerous bidding companies, which bodes well for further expansion into the CNPC market. This tender was conducted on a large scale, in accordance with CNPC’s “Management Measures for Materials Procurement” and “Management Measures for Materials Suppliers,” and covered all surface engineering projects at gas fields, refining and chemical engineering projects, long-distance pipeline projects, petroleum storage facilities, and LNG construction projects, involving fixed-price, pre-qualified supplier selection. All participating companies were approved CNPC suppliers.
　　Recently, in the centralized procurement tender for power and electrical equipment authorized by China National Petroleum Corporation, Chongqing Rongkai Chuanyi Instrument Co., Ltd.’s UPS power supplies stood out among numerous bidders, paving the way for further market expansion within CNPC.
　　This tender is a large-scale, fixed-price procurement tender conducted in accordance with PetroChina’s “Management Measures for Materials Procurement” and “Management Measures for Materials Suppliers,” among other relevant documents, and is applicable to all onshore surface facilities projects, refining and petrochemical projects, long-distance pipeline projects, oil storage facilities, and LNG projects.
　　Participating bidders are selected on a competitive basis from among the qualified Tier-1 suppliers listed in PetroChina’s supplier roster. Based on the comprehensive evaluation scores, suppliers are categorized into three tiers—A, B, and C—and managed in accordance with PetroChina’s principle of “relative stability combined with dynamic management.” Tier-A suppliers are the winning bidders and are authorized to conduct catalog-based procurement transactions through the “Energy No. 1” online platform. Tier-B suppliers serve as backup suppliers; should any Tier-A supplier be disqualified under the Supplier Management Measures and removed from the Tier-A list, a corresponding Tier-B supplier will be rotated in to fill the vacancy.
　　Thanks to the company’s solid preliminary efforts and its comprehensive strengths, Rongkai ChuanYi UPS power supplies have successfully been shortlisted as a Class-A supplier, marking a new milestone in the product’s entry into PetroChina’s pipeline sector.
