On July 9, 2016, Rongkai Chuanyi Company held its first-half work conference. All key personnel from across the company attended the meeting. The conference began with presentations by the Marketing Department and the Finance Department, which reported on the achievement of operational targets for the first half of 2016 and conducted an in-depth structural analysis of the data. This analysis highlighted the performance and quality of each product line and business unit, identified existing problems, and proposed solutions. Subsequently, the head of the Marketing Department and the regional managers provided a summary and analysis of the current state of sales activities and outlined the objectives and strategic direction for the second half of the year. They emphasized the need to adjust sales priorities and announced the appointment of a “Southern Rail” and a “Northern”

　　Subsequently, the head of the Marketing Department and the regional managers provided a summary and analysis of the current state of sales operations and outlined the objectives and strategic direction for the second half of the year. They emphasized the need to recalibrate sales priorities by appointing dedicated sales leaders for “Southern Rail” and “Northern Rail,” with a primary focus on selling power supplies for rail transit systems—making this segment the top priority in our sales efforts.
　　Heads of each business unit also conducted a summary and analysis of their respective departments’ work, identified the key challenges hindering performance, and outlined the priorities and objectives for the second half of the year, with a firm commitment to pragmatic action and thorough implementation.
　　During the meeting, several colleagues who had excelled in their work during the first half of the year shared their experiences and insights, inspiring everyone: how to develop a genuine passion for one’s role and find joy in it, how to identify more effective working methods, how to approach tasks with greater attention to detail, and how to keep pace with leading peers, among other topics. The meeting also compiled feedback and suggestions from all departments, sectors, and levels, and assigned them to the relevant departments for follow-up and resolution.
　　The meeting was conducted in a tense yet well-organized manner, yielding positive results. It strengthened the confidence of the company’s core team and reinforced their determination to accomplish the second-half-year objectives, while striving to achieve the RMB 100 million revenue target and build the company into a century-old enterprise.
