As we step into spring, we once again gather for our annual Spring Welcome Gala. Upon entering the Rongkai factory grounds, our eyes are immediately drawn to the brilliantly decorated stage, with a dazzling banner on the backdrop reading: “Set Sail and Forge New Glory,” which instantly ignites the entire venue! Employees from each branch stand tall and spirited, neatly aligned, chanting loud slogans as they stride confidently into the hall—one after another—exuding a fresh, vibrant energy befitting the new year. The gala commenced with an enthusiastic New Year address delivered by Mr. Wang Dewei, Chairman of the company, in which he extended his warmest wishes for the year ahead to both the company and its employees. 　　With the arrival of spring, we once again gather for our annual Spring Welcome Reunion.
As we entered the Rongkai factory grounds, a brilliantly decorated stage immediately caught our eye, its backdrop adorned with a dazzling banner that read: “Set Sail and Embark on a New Journey to Create Ever-Greater Glory,” instantly igniting the entire venue! Employees from each branch stood at attention, impeccably aligned, chanting loud and spirited slogans as they marched in step, exuding a vibrant new-energy atmosphere that truly embodied the spirit of the New Year!
The Spring Welcome Gathering commenced with an enthusiastic New Year address by Mr. Wang Dewei, Chairman of the Company, in which he extended his warmest wishes for a prosperous new year to both the company and its employees. This was followed by the recognition and rewarding of teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company in 2018. To the rousing melody of “Joyful Chinese New Year,” accompanied by the graceful performances of the dancers, the event reached its thrilling climax!
Next up was the Spring Festival Fun Sports Meet: the camera panned to the tug-of-war, where teams were locked in a fierce battle, their strength and determination on full display amid the frenzied cheers of the cheerleaders; in the “Crab Carrying Watermelon” event, four teams competed, with each pair standing back-to-back and racing while balancing a balloon on their backs—victory went to the team that moved fastest, while the losing team stumbled along; in the fancy volleyball contest, players coordinated seamlessly and vied fiercely, as colorful balloons traded passes high in the air; then there was the jump-rope competition, where athletes swung the rope at lightning speed, their movements perfectly synchronized, turning the flying rope into a dazzling display of youthful energy; finally, the mixed-gender relay race saw four teams take part, and the winning team pulled ahead by a remarkable margin of three runners.
The venue was filled with smiling faces, brimming with happiness and joy, boding well for the complete success of the Spring Festival Gala.
