Rongkai Chuanyi Establishes a Training School for Mid- and Young-Level Management Backbones (Part-Time)

Following a rigorous, multi-level selection process across all departments, the company has carefully chosen On the morning of September 1, 2020, 37 outstanding young professionals were inaugurated as the inaugural cohort of the Rongkai Chuan Yi Mid-Level Management Backbone (Part-Time) Training School for Young Professionals, with a concise yet solemn opening ceremony marking the commencement of the first session.
At the ceremony, company leaders first read out the official document establishing the training school and presented appointment certificates to the 12 part-time instructors. They then provided a detailed overview of the curriculum and outlined the relevant requirements. Representatives from both the teaching staff and the trainees subsequently delivered enthusiastic speeches, pledging to work together to deliver high-quality instruction and learning, to pursue truth and practicality, to apply what they learn in real-world settings, and to continuously improve themselves—thereby putting their knowledge and skills to good use in their daily work and contributing their wisdom and efforts to the development of Rongkai.
Company General Manager Wang Dewei began by discussing the interconnectedness of patriotism, love for one’s country, and love for one’s family, then shifted to the practical realities of a company’s survival and future development. He emphasized aligning personal aspirations with organizational goals, developing a well-thought-out career plan, and using accessible language and relatable, down-to-earth examples—all delivered with genuine enthusiasm and heartfelt emotion—to deliver a vivid “first lesson of the new semester” to mid- and young-level managerial leaders. The session struck a deep chord, leaving participants profoundly inspired and greatly benefited.
