Recently, the company successfully held the First-Quarter Sales Summary and Second-Quarter Sales Work Conference at the headquarters conference center. The meeting was attended by Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, all members of the management team, and all sales personnel, and was chaired by Zhou Minggang, the company’s Director of Sales. The meeting began with a briefing on the achievement of sales targets for each business unit in the first quarter, followed by a brief analysis of the challenges encountered in sales operations. Heads of business units, regional managers, and all sales personnel took to the stage one after another to make impassioned commitments: they vowed to resolutely meet the targets set by the company and to live up to the expectations and trust placed in them by company leadership.
　　Finally, Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, issued important instructions. Chairman Wang stated: “The achievements we attained in sales during the first quarter are inseparable from the enthusiasm and proactive attitude of all our sales personnel. However, while recognizing these accomplishments, we must also acknowledge the existing problems and shortcomings. All sales staff must cultivate a strong sense of crisis. I urge every member of our sales team to overcome all challenges over the next two months, work diligently and with determination, and strive to achieve ‘more than half’ in both volume and value, thereby laying a solid foundation for realizing the company’s annual sales targets.”
