The company’s Youth League Committee held a May Fourth symposium!

On the morning of May 4, the Company’s Youth League General Branch convened a May Fourth symposium in the company conference room. All members of the company’s management team, along with more than 40 young Communist Youth League members from management, sales, technical, and frontline production positions, attended the meeting. During the symposium, the young representatives present spoke enthusiastically; some noted that although they had not been working for long, they had learned diligence and dedication from their colleagues and had gained a deep appreciation for the company’s outstanding corporate culture. Drawing on the company’s actual situation and their own job responsibilities, participants discussed topics such as the company’s development plan, internal management, business technology, and learning and training opportunities—ways to support the growth of young employees.

　　During the symposium, the young representatives in attendance spoke enthusiastically. Some noted that although they had not been working for long, they had learned diligence and dedication from their colleagues and gained a deep appreciation for the company’s outstanding corporate culture. Drawing on the company’s actual circumstances and their own job responsibilities, they offered constructive suggestions and recommendations on such areas as the company’s development plan, internal management, business technology and training, opportunities for young employees to grow and excel, as well as ways to improve work methods and enhance efficiency.
　　Wang Dewei, Secretary of the Party General Branch of the company, attaches great importance to and shows deep concern for the symposium with young representatives. Secretary Wang listened attentively to the remarks of each delegate and provided insightful guidance, encouragement, and recognition to the young representatives in attendance. During the meeting, he expressed earnest hopes and made specific demands of the young representatives. He stated that the League members and young employees are the hope for the company’s development and bear the important responsibility of making the company “bigger, stronger, and better”; therefore, they must strengthen their sense of responsibility and urgency. Specifically, they should: first, cultivate lofty ideals and unwavering convictions; second, study diligently and aspire to achieve success; and third, be bold in pioneering and innovating while being willing to dedicate themselves. They should cherish the current working environment, love the company, fully integrate into it, and take root within it. Moreover, they should carry forward the spirit of hard work and perseverance embodied in the May Fourth Movement and make greater contributions toward realizing Rongkai Chuan Yi’s goals for the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
