On January 6, 2025, the 2025 Rotating General Manager Transition Ceremony and Target Commitment Signing Ceremony of Chongqing Rongkai ChuanYi Instrument Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the company’s Data Center, chaired by Mr. Zuo Yunhong, Senior Deputy General Manager.
At 10:06 a.m., the ceremony commenced with an inspiring opening address by Mr. Zuo Yunhong. Subsequently, Mr. Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, formally announced the company’s decision on organizational restructuring and personnel appointments and removals. He emphasized that this adjustment is aimed at further optimizing the company’s management structure, enhancing operational efficiency, and laying a solid foundation for the company’s future development. At the same time, he expressed his sincere gratitude and high expectations to both the outgoing and incoming rotating general managers.
Immediately following, the handover ceremony for the rotating general manager position was held. Witnessed by Mr. Wang Dewei, Mr. Wu Yongsheng, the 2024 rotating general manager, and Mr. Zhang Qiang, the 2025 rotating general manager, exchanged a solemn handshake, formally entrusting the responsibility and mission to Mr. Zhang Qiang. Subsequently, Mr. Wang Dewei, together with Mr. Zhang Qiang and Ms. Xie Min, Manager of the Finance Department, signed the 2025 Corporate Operating Objectives Responsibility Agreement.
Upon taking over the “baton,” Mr. Zhang Qiqiang delivered a speech. He expressed his profound honor at assuming the prestigious and challenging role of Rotating General Manager. He pledged to fully achieve the company’s 2025 business objectives and to make unremitting efforts toward realizing Rongkai ChuanYi’s vision of becoming a century-old enterprise.
To further clarify responsibilities and objectives and to strengthen the team’s cohesion and execution capabilities, a ceremony was subsequently held to sign the Annual Performance Commitment Agreements. In a solemn atmosphere, Mr. Zhang Qiqiang and the heads of all company departments signed their respective annual performance commitment agreements one by one. This document serves not only as a personal call to action but also as a steadfast pledge to the company’s continued development.
Following the signing ceremony, Mr. Zhou Kai, Assistant to the General Manager and Manager of the Marketing Department, and Mr. Zuo Xiaoping, Manager of the Components Business Unit, delivered remarks as the signing representatives.
Finally, Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding address. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the hard work of all employees and voiced high expectations for the company’s operations in 2025.
With the conclusion of Mr. Wang Dewei’s address, the entire ceremony came to a successful close.
