Rongkai Chuanyi Holds 2025 Annual Work Conference

At 10:08 a.m. on January 23, 2025, Rongkai Chuanyi Co., Ltd. held its 2025 Annual Work Conference in grand style at the company’s data center, chaired by Mr. Wu Yongsheng, the company’s Deputy General Manager. The conference comprised several key agenda items, providing a comprehensive review of the company’s achievements in 2024, setting the objectives for 2025, and recognizing outstanding teams and individuals.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhang Qiang, the company’s rotating general manager, delivered the 2025 Annual Work Report. He provided a detailed review of the past year’s business performance, analyzed the current market conditions, and outlined the objectives and plans for the coming year. The report was comprehensive and well-structured, with clear goals, thereby charting the course for the company’s development in 2025.
Subsequently, Mr. Zuo Yunhong, Senior Deputy General Manager of the company, read out the “Decision on Commending the 2024 Labor Competition,” which highly commended the outstanding individuals and teams that emerged in various areas of work.
The ceremony then proceeded to the awards presentation. This year’s awards included the Outstanding Service Award, Production Excellence Award, Management Excellence Award, Technical Excellence Award, Production Model Worker Award, Sales System Award, Science and Technology Project Award, Special Contribution Award for the Production System, and Advanced Team Award, among others. The winners took to the stage one by one to receive their honors, creating a vibrant yet solemn atmosphere.
During the award-recipient speech session, four representatives—Zhang Yuanxing, Wang Qiong, Dai Qiang, and Yin Weili—each delivered remarks. They shared their work experiences and insights, expressed their gratitude to the company, and pledged to continue striving to contribute to the company’s development.
Finally, Mr. Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a speech. He expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all employees for their hard work over the past year and extended warm congratulations to the individuals and teams honored with awards. At the same time, he outlined his expectations and requirements for the company’s future development, encouraging everyone to continue upholding the spirit of unity, collaboration, and bold innovation, so as to jointly create an even brighter future for Rongkai ChuanYi.
The successful convening of this meeting not only strengthened employee cohesion and unity but also injected new vitality and momentum into Rongkai’s new year.
