The company held a conference to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and to recognize outstanding achievements in striving for excellence!

On the morning of July 1, Rongkai Chuan Yi Company solemnly convened a symposium commemorating the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China in the company’s main conference room. All serving Party members, the ten individuals recognized as “Touching Rongkai” during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, several retired veteran comrades, and prospective Party members attended the symposium to jointly review the Party’s glorious 90-year journey and its outstanding achievements. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Yongsheng, Deputy General Manager of the company. Comrade Yin Ying, Deputy Secretary of the company’s Party General Branch, first delivered a work report entitled “Fully Leveraging the Three Roles of the Party Organization, Enhancing the Company’s Soft Power, and Boosting the Company’s Economic Development to a New Level.” In her report, she reviewed the accomplishments made in Party building during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period as well as the shortcomings that remain.

All serving Party members, the ten individuals recognized as “Touching Rongkai” during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan period, several retired senior comrades, and prospective Party members attended the symposium, where they jointly reviewed the Party’s glorious 90-year journey and its outstanding achievements. The symposium was chaired by Mr. Wu Yongsheng, the company’s Deputy General Manager.
Comrade Yin Ying, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch of the company, first delivered a work report titled “Fully Leveraging the Three Roles of the Party Organization, Enhancing the Company’s Soft Power, and Boosting the Company’s Economic Advancement.” The report reviewed the achievements and shortcomings in the company’s Party-building work during the 11th Five-Year Plan period and outlined the guiding principles for future Party-building efforts. Li Jinhua, Deputy General Manager of the company, then read out the Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Outstanding Individuals in the 2010–2011 Campaign to Strive for Excellence and Pioneering Work, followed by the award ceremony.

Finally, Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered an important address. Mr. Wang began by revisiting the glorious 90-year journey since the founding of the Communist Party of China. History has proven that the CPC is indeed a great, glorious, and correct Marxist party and the core force leading the Chinese people in pioneering new undertakings. History has also demonstrated that only by upholding the leadership of the CPC can our revolutionary cause continue to advance, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation be realized, and the health and happiness of the hundreds of millions of our people be ensured.

Looking back on Rongkai ChuanYi’s more than 40 years of development, both its past and present are inextricably linked to the great cause of the Party. Over the course of planned economy and reform and opening-up, Rongkai ChuanYi has withstood numerous tests—ranging from life-and-death crises to gradual growth—and has consistently seized opportunities for development. The company’s Party General Branch has steadfastly pursued development opportunities, achieving new milestones in production and operations as well as in building a harmonious enterprise. It has successfully fulfilled the goals set forth in the Eleventh Five-Year Plan and has now formulated a new goal for the Twelfth Five-Year Plan: to build Rongkai into an enterprise with annual revenues of over 100 million yuan. These achievements are the result of the consistent efforts of successive Party organizations to strengthen ideological and political work, organizational development, cadre team building, and integrity-building; they are also the outcome of the sincere unity and collaborative planning of leadership teams at all levels, coupled with rigorous implementation; and they reflect the dedication, hard work, and tenacious spirit of all Party members and cadres who have remained committed to their respective duties. General Manager Wang urged all Party members and employees of the company to rally even more closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao as General Secretary, to hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics, to thoroughly implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, to remain firm in our convictions, to be pragmatic and enterprising, to pioneer and innovate, to pursue concrete results through diligent action, and to earnestly carry out the thematic campaign “Build an Advanced Organization, Strive to Be Outstanding Employees; Accelerate Transformation and Upgrading, Build Rongkai into a Hundred-Million-Yuan Enterprise.” In doing so, we will make new and greater contributions to the “Dual Hundred-Billion, Four-Link” initiative and to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
