Rongkai Chuanyi Holds the 2011 Semi-Annual Economic Work Conference!

Recently, Rongkai Chuanyi Company held its 2011 Semi-Annual Economic Work Conference in the company’s main conference room. The meeting was chaired by Comrade Wu Yongsheng, the company’s Deputy General Manager. All team leaders and above, as well as technical and sales personnel, attended the conference. At the conference site 01, Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered the 2011 Semi-Annual Work Report, with a particular focus on outlining the tasks for the second half of the year and emphasizing the need to ensure a successful close to the current period and to begin early planning and preparation for the 2012 comprehensive plan. Leaders in charge of the Marketing Department, the Technology Department, and the Finance Department also each presented their departments’ work reports for the first half of the year and outlined their priorities and approaches for the second half.

　　Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered the 2011 Mid-Year Work Report, with a particular focus on outlining the priorities for the second half of the year and emphasizing the need to ensure a successful close to the current fiscal period as well as the timely planning and preparation of the 2012 Comprehensive Plan. Heads of the Marketing Department, the Technology Department, and the Finance Department also presented their respective mid-year performance reports and proactively outlined the key priorities and strategic approaches for their departments in the second half of the year. In addition, the company recognized and commended the outstanding collectives and individuals who made significant contributions during the first half of the year.

　　Finally, Wang Dewei, Chairman and General Manager of the company, delivered a concluding address. Mr. Wang urged all employees to maintain a strong sense of urgency to ensure the early completion of this year’s “7631” project. He also analyzed the feasibility and practicality of the company’s development goals for the next three and five years, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing talent development—particularly the cultivation of young professionals, who are the driving force behind the company’s growth. Mr. Wang expressed his hope that all Rongkai employees will continue to innovate relentlessly and devote themselves wholeheartedly to implementing all tasks, so that the goal of achieving RMB 100 million in revenue can be realized ahead of schedule.
