Study and comprehend the spirit of the 19th National Congress in light of the company’s actual situation.

In accordance with the unified deployment of Silian Group, the Party General Branch of Rongkai ChuanYi Company has actively and systematically advanced the study and publicity of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, conducting explanations on six thematic topics tailored to the company’s actual conditions. The first session was held on November 25, 2017, in the company’s fourth-floor conference room, with General Manager Wang Dewei serving as the lecturer. He integrated the spirit of the 19th National Congress with the company’s day-to-day operations, emphasizing that the Congress pointed out: “In the new era, the principal contradiction in Chinese society is that between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. We must adhere to the development philosophy centered on the people and continuously promote well-rounded human development and common prosperity for all the people.”

The first lecture was held on November 25, 2017, in the company’s fourth-floor conference room, delivered by General Manager Wang Dewei. He integrated the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with the company’s actual work, noting that the Congress emphasized: “In the new era, the principal contradiction in Chinese society is that between the people’s ever-growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development. We must adhere to the development philosophy centered on the people and continuously promote well-rounded human development and common prosperity for all the people.”
Following this line of thinking, our company is committed to positioning Rongkai ChuanYi within the broader strategic framework of the national, municipal, and entire Siliang Group “one unified chessboard,” thereby clearly defining our corporate development positioning and charting new directions for products and services. We aim to amplify the resonance of our slogans—“Rongkai ChuanYi: A World of Power Supplies” and “YuKai Company: The Kingdom of Fine Wires”—so that our transformation from a “product-centric” to a “service-oriented” enterprise proceeds in a more steady and solid manner. Adhering to the principle of “doing our utmost while staying within our means” and maintaining a steady, step-by-step approach—addressing one issue after another and advancing year after year—we will, subject to profitability constraints, do more practical, tangible things for our employees, striving to enhance their sense of fulfillment, happiness, and security, making their work lives more fulfilling, better protected, and more sustainable.
The second lecture was held on December 16, 2017, in the company’s fourth-floor conference room, delivered by General Manager Zuo Yunhong. Drawing on the study of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, he outlined the company’s development plans for products, technology, and quality. He emphasized that the company should vigorously advance “Internet Plus Power Supplies,” align with the company’s service-oriented development strategy, make thorough preparations for relevant products, strengthen quality control and brand building, actively enter the value chain of new-energy vehicles, and explore one to several terminal-module products within the IoT and connected-vehicle ecosystems. Ultimately, through the unremitting efforts of all Rongkai employees, Rongkai ChuanYi will continuously drive technological progress, generate greater economic benefits, and promote shared prosperity for all staff.
As of February 10, 2018, the company has four additional thematic briefings scheduled to be held: these briefings will integrate the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with the company’s business-unit operations, sales activities, the “dual increase and dual reduction” initiative, efforts to enhance production efficiency, the development of young Party members, and the improvement of the human-resources compensation system. Through these sessions, participants will discuss strategies for future development, ensure that the spirit of the 19th National Congress is effectively implemented across all aspects of the company’s work, and thereby further promote corporate growth while improving employees’ quality of life.
