On February 10, amid a gentle, drizzling rain, the curtain slowly rose on Rongkai Chuanyi Company’s 2018 Spring Gathering. Employees of Rongkai were neatly lined up by business unit, each holding colorful flags and balloons, chanting spirited slogans as they marched into the venue with vigorous, resolute steps. The meeting unfolded in a solemn yet enthusiastic atmosphere. Mr. Wang Dewei, the company’s General Manager, began with an impassioned New Year address, in which he reviewed the company’s major achievements in 2017, outlined the challenges it currently faces, set forth the goals for 2018, and urged all employees to join forces and strive forward together to create a brighter future.

　　The meeting was held in a solemn yet enthusiastic atmosphere. Mr. Wang Dewei, the company’s General Manager, began by delivering an impassioned New Year address. In his remarks, he reviewed the company’s major achievements in 2017, outlined the challenges it currently faces, set forth the company’s goals for 2018, and urged all employees to work together with determination to create a brighter future.
　　The meeting also recognized and rewarded the teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company in 2017, setting an exemplary standard for all employees.
　　Immediately afterward, the most eagerly anticipated cultural performances unfolded in an orderly fashion: the opening dance “On the Road of Sunshine” was grand and vibrant; the song “Glorious Years” was rousing and exuberant; the dance “Celebrating the New Year” was lively and festive; the Tai Chi performance conveyed composure and gravitas; the contemporary dance “Facing the Battle” radiated youthful energy; and the double-reed skit “Seamless as Silk” had the audience in stitches… One after another, the acts were dazzling and varied, allowing employees to momentarily forget the inconvenience of the rain and lose themselves in joy and happiness. The evening concluded on a high note with a rousing chorus of “Beyond Dreams,” performed by all the cast and crew together with company leaders, leaving everyone deeply moved and eager to relive the experience.
　　Through this company-wide New Year gathering, employees forged a shared vision, strengthened unity and collaboration, deepened mutual understanding and communication, and nurtured lasting friendships—laying a solid foundation of untapped potential for achieving the company’s 2018 goals. Employees pledged: “For a happier future, we will roll up our sleeves and work even harder!”
